Four New Retrospective Templates

Choose a fresh format for your next team conversation. Timeline, Starfish, Appreciations, and Lean Coffee join the built-in templates in LetRetro, bringing the collection to 12 formats.

Four new formats

• Timeline Retrospective — Reconstruct a sprint or milestone with Beginning, Middle, End, and Takeaways. Build a shared picture of what happened, then capture lessons to carry forward.
• Starfish — Refine team habits with Keep Doing, More Of, Less Of, Stop Doing, and Start Doing. Make room for adjustments alongside bigger changes.
• Appreciations — Recognize contributions with Thank You, Team Wins, and Above & Beyond. Celebrate specific support, shared achievements, and thoughtful work.
• Lean Coffee — Let participants shape the agenda with To Discuss, Discussing, and Discussed. Use card voting to prioritize topics and move cards as the conversation progresses.

The board-creation dialog now has a compact, searchable template picker. Search by name, description, or column prompt, then preview the selected format and its columns before continuing. Back and Next stay accessible on smaller screens.

All 12 built-in templates are available on the Free plan, subject to board and member limits.
