By accessing and using LetRetro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use our service.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use LetRetro
• You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
• We may update these terms from time to time (we'll notify you)

To keep LetRetro awesome for everyone, we ask that you:

• Provide accurate information when creating your account
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Use the service respectfully and professionally
• Don't share inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
• Respect other users' privacy and intellectual property
• Don't attempt to hack, disrupt, or abuse the service
• Report any bugs or security issues you discover

LetRetro is a web-based platform for conducting team retrospectives. We strive to provide reliable service, but:

• We may occasionally need to perform maintenance or updates
• Service availability may vary due to technical issues
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features
• Free accounts have usage limits (5 rooms, 25 members each)
• We'll do our best to notify you of significant changes

You may not use LetRetro for:

• Any illegal activities or purposes
• Harassment, bullying, or discrimination
• Sharing malicious software or harmful content
• Spamming or unsolicited marketing
• Impersonating others or providing false information
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Violating others' privacy or intellectual property rights

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.

We provide LetRetro "as is" and make no warranties about its performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us (if any)
• We're not responsible for content created by users
• You use the service at your own risk

This doesn't affect your statutory rights as a consumer in your jurisdiction.

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• You can delete your account at any time
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• We may discontinue the service with reasonable notice
• Upon termination, your right to use LetRetro ends immediately
• We'll make reasonable efforts to allow you to export your data

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
