1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your letRetro subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.
2. Refund Policy
Subscription payments are non-refundable under standard circumstances. Refunds are only considered for Enterprise plans or in case of technical issues originating from our side — these are handled on a case-by-case basis under a mutual refund policy during the active subscription period.
3. Data After Cancellation
Upon cancellation, you may export your data for 30 days. After this grace period, all retrospective data, integration configurations, and team data are permanently deleted. We recommend exporting any important data before cancellation.
4. Service Downgrade
Downgrading from a paid plan to the free tier takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Features limited to paid plans will be restricted after the downgrade. Data exceeding free tier limits will be archived.
5. Payment Disputes
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, contact us within 30 days at [email protected]. We will investigate and resolve all billing inquiries promptly.
