Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your LetRetro subscription at any time, with no questions asked and no cancellation fees.

How to Cancel

  • Log into your LetRetro account
  • Go to Settings → Billing & Subscription
  • Click "Cancel Subscription"
  • Confirm your cancellation
  • You'll receive an email confirmation

What Happens After Cancellation

  • Your subscription continues until the end of your current billing period
  • You retain full access to paid features until then
  • After expiration, your account reverts to the free plan
  • Your data and retrospective rooms remain accessible
  • You can reactivate your subscription at any time
Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all paid subscriptions. We want you to be completely satisfied with LetRetro.

Full Refund Eligibility

  • Request made within 30 days of your initial subscription
  • First-time subscribers to LetRetro
  • No previous refunds claimed on your account

Partial Refund Eligibility

  • Annual subscribers can get prorated refunds after 30 days

No Refund Scenarios

Billing Cycles

  • Monthly subscriptions: Billed every 30 days from signup date
  • Annual subscriptions: Billed every 12 months from signup date
  • All charges are in USD unless otherwise specified
  • Taxes may apply based on your location

Failed Payments

  • We'll retry failed payments 3 times over 10 days

How to Request a Refund

Special Circumstances

Service Interruptions

  • If LetRetro is unavailable for more than 48 hours, we'll provide service credits
  • Credits will be automatically applied to your next billing cycle
  • Contact us if you prefer a refund instead

Account Termination

  • If we terminate your account due to violations, no refund will be provided
  • If we discontinue the service, you'll receive a prorated refund
  • We'll provide at least 30 days notice before service discontinuation

Disputed Charges

  • Contact us before disputing charges with your bank
  • We'll investigate and resolve billing issues promptly
  • Chargebacks may result in account suspension
Free Trial & Promotional Offers

Free Trials

  • Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions
  • Cancel anytime during the trial to avoid charges
  • One free trial per user/organization
  • Credit card required for trial activation

Promotional Discounts

  • Discounts apply to the specified billing periods only
  • Regular pricing applies after promotional period
  • Promotional refunds calculated at discounted rate
  • Cannot be combined with other offers
Data & Privacy

Data Retention After Cancellation

  • Your data remains accessible on the free plan
  • Free plan limitations apply (5 rooms, 25 members each)
  • Data is never deleted unless you request account deletion
  • You can export your data anytime

Account Deletion

  • Contact us to permanently delete your account
  • All data will be permanently removed within 30 days
