Export Boards as CSV or Google Sheets

Your retro shouldn't end in a screenshot. Starting today, you can export every card on a board as a clean CSV, or open it as a live Google Sheet — ready to share, analyze, or archive.

How it works

• Export as CSV — Download Column, Content, Author, Likes, and Dislikes for every card. Available on every board from the more menu, no setup required
• Export to Google Sheets — One click creates a spreadsheet in your Google Drive and opens it in Sheets. Same card fields as the CSV
• One Google connection — Connect Google once under Integrations. That single Drive connection powers Google Docs (document export) and Google Sheets (board export) — no separate Sheets permission flow
• Pro for Sheets — CSV download is free. Google Sheets export is a Pro feature and counts toward your monthly export usage

How to export as CSV

1. Open any retrospective board
2. Click the ⋯ (more) menu in the board header
3. Choose Export as CSV
4. The file downloads as {board-name}-{date}.csv

How to export to Google Sheets

1. Go to Dashboard → Integrations → Google
2. Click Connect and authorize Drive access (the same connection used for Google Docs)
3. Open your board and click the ⋯ (more) menu
4. Choose Export to Google Sheets
5. A new spreadsheet opens in a tab with your board cards ready to use

If Google isn't connected yet, the more menu shows Connect Google Sheets, which takes you to Integrations to finish setup.
