Weekly Update: GitLab Integration

LetRetro now integrates with GitLab, letting you link retro cards to GitLab issues and merge requests — so action items from your retrospective turn into tracked work items without leaving the board.

What's new

• Link cards to GitLab issues — Paste a GitLab issue URL into any card and LetRetro shows the title, status, and assignee inline
• Merge request tracking — Link MRs directly from the board to see whether a fix has landed before you close the retro
• Two-way sync — Changes to linked issues (state, title, assignee) reflect on the card automatically
• Project-level connection — Connect a GitLab project once per workspace; all boards in that workspace can link to it

How to connect GitLab

1. Go to Workspace Settings → Integrations
2. Click Connect GitLab and authorize with your GitLab account
3. Select the projects you want to link from and save

Once connected, paste any GitLab issue or MR URL into a card to link it.

We're working on creating GitLab issues directly from retro cards so you can turn an action item into a tracked issue without switching tabs.
